This policy is for one or more parties associated with a real estate transaction, usually the seller or buyer, although it could also be used for lending institutions, parties to leases, or fiduciaries and trusts. It is designed to afford some protection for the insured arising out of an existing pollution problem which was unknown at the time of sale.

Pollution Liability Application.
Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I or Phase II) Detailed description of site and diagram
Coverage Notes:
Coverage available for third party pollution liability and on-site cleanup. Multi-year terms available. Diminution of value coverage available. $5,000minimum premium.

Fire and Earthquake General Liability Excess Liability
